Unilever Premium Beauty Launch

Iluminage was a premium beauty brand co-owned by Unilever and Syneron Candela, offering a blend of skincare and devices with retail prices up to £500. We were tasked with launching and managing the brand in the UK, growing it from the ground up. 

Unilever entrusted us with the brand’s full UK management, operating independently from its US division. We introduced Iluminage exclusively at Harrods, followed by a rapid expansion into top retailers including Boots, QVC, Selfridges, Look Fantastic, Feel Unique, and Cult Beauty. By leveraging a robust marketing strategy, we drove significant awareness that fueled retail sales. In Harrods, we also pioneered high-tech merchandising solutions, setting a new industry standard.

We quickly built a lean, efficient team with just four permanent staff members, supported by top-tier industry experts on a flexible, freelance basis, ensuring maximum impact with minimal overhead.
